Who We Are
At POLLOS QR we have been sharing the flavour of traditional cuisine for more than 45 years in the neighbourhood of L’Esmeralda and throughout Vilanova i la Geltrú.
Our Kitchen
Our speciality is chicken à l’ast, juicy on the inside and with crispy skin on the outside, as tradition dictates. But our cuisine goes much further: paella, seafood fideuà, zarzuela, baked knuckle and a wide variety of dishes that are part of the Catalan and Spanish recipe book.
Every day we prepare fresh and homemade portions such as Russian salad, potatoes with aioli, omelette, macaroni, escalivada or cold salads ready to go. At POLLOS QR, cooking is a way of care.

At POLLOS QR we have been sharing the flavour of traditional cuisine with the neighbourhood of L’Esmeralda and all of Vilanova i la Geltrú for more than 45 years. We are located a few meters from the Sant Joan Library, and every weekend, and holidays, we open our doors with the same enthusiasm as always: to offer homemade food, well made and with the flavor of a lifetime. We are a family-run place, close and authentic, where friendly treatment and good food are our best letter of introduction.

Neydis and David are the ones who cook, serve and give life to POLLOS QR.
Between the two of us we form a team that works with passion for cooking and for our customers. You will always find us at the foot of the cannon, with a smile and an apron on.
David
He is the griller, the master of chicken à l'ast, who knows all the secrets of slow fire and just the right point.
Neydis
She is responsible for the day's dishes and portions: she prepares them one by one with love, just like at home.
